Bring the kids ! This Victorian Bayside cottage has plenty of room for 6. The front porch welcomes you with a dining area to one side and a comfortable seating area on the other with peeks of water views to the Bay. To the left side of the home is a small screen porch with cozy seating for four. A short walk brings you to Ruggles Park and all its activities.
Entering the front door, you are welcomed by a large living room / dining room . The rustic open studded walls have been painted white and the floor a fun lavendar.
A country kitchen is off the living room and has old built in cabinets, microwave, toaster, blender, coffee maker and lots of light from a few windows and doors. A work counter also doubles as a small breakfast bar with two stools and a small movable island is in the center for additional cooking space. One of the doors exits to the screen porch and the other opens to a rear deck with a small café table for two and a gas grill.
A small bedroom is off the living room adjacent to the wide staircase. This room has a double bed, painted wood walls and ceilings and a "private bath" with shower.
Heading upstairs the brightly lit baluster stairway provides access to the second floor with a large bathroom complete with tub, separate shower, a very clever sink vanity made out of an old dresser and laundry area with washer/dryer. Across the hall is a good sized bedroom with queen bed, open ceilings, paddle fan and antique furnishings and lots of light.
The second upstairs bedroom is to the front of the house has a double bed and a day bed seating area. This room also has open ceilings and a lovely set of French doors allowing light and ocean air to flood the room.
