Sunrise Cottage is located along wonderful Shore Road between Bayside Village and Temple Heights. The cottage is positioned to take advantage of morning light and fabulous views of Isleboro Island. A large expansive deck is accessible from the kitchen and living room. The deck runs the entire length of the cottage and has stairs leading down to the yard. The deck has ample furniture for lounging and dining in the Maine salt air. Another set of stairs brings you down to the water's edge.
The living area of the cottage is all on one floor. A large, eat in kitchen can comfortably seat 6. A short open hallway to a set of double glass doors allows water views from the kitchen. As you go from the kitchen, a bedroom with a queen bed is on the water side with full glass French doors leading out to the deck. This bedroom offers views of the Bay. Next is a comfortable living room on the water side with two sets of glass sliders, again opening the deck and fabulous views of the Bay.
A new sliding glass door floods light and air into the second bedroom containing a double bed. . The bathroom has full tub and shower. This cottage offers terrific privacy, awesome views and close proximity to Temple Heights and Bayside.
Rent is $1,150. per week plus 7% Maine Rooms Tax. and garbage fee Our policies
