Perched right over the rocks , you can hear the lap of the tides come in and go out from the deck, livingroom and even your bedroom ! A private stairway leads to the shore providing great access to the water. Enjoy morning sunrises and cocktails in the evening as the light continually changes the incredible vista before you from sunup to sundown. Steady ocean breezes will keep you comfortable on the warmest of summer days.
Inside, the cottage has an open floor plan with with white painted wooden walls and ceilings. The living/dining area has windows on three sides bringing the awesome views right into this cottage. A fully stocked galley kitchen with modern appliances indcluding dishwasher opens to the living/dining area. A bath with a nice large shower and laundry area is also on the first floor. Double French doors open to a small deck, perfect for reading, enjoying morning coffee, afternoon cocktails, the Thursday night sailing races and wonderful Schooners that sail by.
Up a "steep" set of stairs are two bedrooms. The master
bedroom with vaulted ceiling has a queen bed and a wall of windows facing the ocean. Between the two bedrooms is a half bath. The second bedroom is to the rear of the cottage, has a double bed , vaulted ceiling and view down onto the garden. The bedrooms are airy and fresh with white washed walls and high ceilings. Each has a ceiling fan for addtional ventilation.
This cottage is simply furnished but very comfortable and finished in "shabby chic" decor. Although only about 800
square feet this cottage lives large with the ocean at your door!
