This waterfront property features a beautifully landscaped yard with a screened gazebo perched on the bluff overlooking the Bay.
The cottage was originally a bowling alley in the early 1900's! This single level, three bedroom cottage is a real gem. The queen bedroom off the kitchen has waterviews and an adjacent bathroom also has waterviews! The country kitchen is very well equiped including dishwasher. Plenty of dishware is available for evening dinner parties. The owner is a wondrous baker so has all the pots and pans you need.
A family room/ dining area is off the kitchen and has fabulous views of the Bay. French doors lead you to a large living room with a gas fireplace insert and a covered exterior porch. From there, two attached bedrooms fill the old bowling alley area. They are bright, airy and comfortable. One with 2 twin beds the other with a "European king" (2 twins together with matress topper ) Beyond the bedrooms is another full bath with shower allowing complete privacy for couples sharing the home.
A washer / dryer is just beyond the bathroom.
The yard is large enough for kids to play in full sight of the deck and family room. Water access is a few steps away in either Auditorium park or Ruggles Park.
