Located on the edge of Merrithew Square, this impeccably maintained cottage is both charming and very comfortable. Situated along Broadway, the view of the historic cottages surround you with 19th century architecture. A short walk down the road and you are in the center of the village and water's edge.
A cozy living room is off the covered front porch which overlooks the park. A nicely decorated dining room is in the center of the cottage with country kitchen to the rear. There are two bathrooms off the kitchen, one with standing shower the other with tub - shower hookup. A laundry room is also off the kitchen.
A narrow staircase leads you to the second floor with a twin bed in the landing and two lovely bedrooms. The rear bedroom is large with a double bed and two twins. The front bedroom is very special with a balcony overlooking the park and views of the Bay with double bed. This is a spectacular place to get a sense of how people summered here over 100 years ago!

$975 per week with a 7% Maine rooms tax + garbage fee
