A more modern design and construction, this cottage offers a family ample space for an extended vacation. It is located in the village of Bayside and a very short walk to Auditorium Park , the water and the golf course. This Dutch Colonial is bright and cheery with water views from the living room and master bedroom upstairs. A wonderful yard, also with water views, makes for a perfect place to read a book under the large shade tree or take in the sunshine.
As you enter the cottage, you are welcomed by an open living, dining, and kitchen area. This space is very light and bright and freshly painted. The living room portion has a couch and matching love seat. The dining area is in the modern kitchen with seating for six. A large bath with full laundry is just of the living room . The entry area also leads to a one car garage and there is ample closet space throught the house.
As you go upstairs there are three good sized bedrooms. One large bedroom has two twins , the adjacent smaller bedroom has a double bed. Back in the hallway there is a bath with skylight and standing shower. As the end of the hall is a very large bedroom with king bed, sitting area and desk. This room has views of the Bay.
