Located on desirable Auditorium Park, this impeccably maintained property has been renovated into a very roomy and comfortable vacation cottage. Without argument one of the nicest rentals in Bayside.
You enter the cottage from a water view covered porch with a large picnic table and rocking chairs. A Victorian door opens to a brightly painted living room with wood walls and hardwood floors. The living room has water views, comfortable furnishings and a TV/VCR/DVD along with a stereo / cassette player.
The living room is open to the kitchen which passes through to a very light and bright dining nook that seats 6. The kitchen has new appliances including a dishwasher. A modern bath with a shower is right off the kitchen.
An addition off the kitchen opens up to a second entry and a new bedroom with two twins, skylight windows and a view of the Bay. The laundry nook is just outside the downstairs bedroom.
Heading up a wide staircase you enter a small landing with a bedroom to the front of the cottage with double bed, really nice water views and skylight. Off the landing are a full bathroom with standing shower and a pretty child's bedroom with a single twin bed.
Down the short hall is a new, wonderful and very large master queen bedroom suite with private bathroom making this a 3 bathroom cottage. This is the nicest bedroom/bathroom in Bayside !
If you are looking for a very comfortable cottage, brightly decorated and renovated, close to the water (the right of way the dock is literally just a few steps away ) and can sleep six, this is your vacation cottage!
