The cottage has a neat little deck at the rear that has a wonderful water view down into the bottom of Bayview Park and across the Bay to Islesboro.
There is an open floor plan with the living, dining and kitchen on the first floor. the living room has a fold out fution couch that could sleep one child. The bathroom is locate off the kitchen and has just been updated and enlarged a bit ~ with a new shower and sink - and more head room !
Upstairs is a light and bright bedroom with lots of windows to allow the summer breeze to flow through. A perfect little summer cottage get~a~way for a couple or small family.
