You are welcomed by a large wrap around covered porch with ample furniture to pass the time away reading, watching the sailboats, or having a sunrise breakfast. As you walk into the cottage you are greeted by an open living room, kitchen, and dining area with windows taking in the outside ocean views.
The living room is nicely furnished and has a TV/VCR&DVD. Old wood floors with cut nails provides a historic feel of the cottage and a well lit set of French doors opens to the wrap around porch. The adjacent kitchen has ample cabinets, a breakfast bar with cane stools, dishwasher, microwave, small convection oven and coffee maker. To the side of the kitchen is a dining table that comfortably seats 5 with windows overlooking the Bay.
Just aft of the kitchen is a full bath with combination tub shower and a separate laundry area with washer dryer.
There are two accesses to the second floor. One is a spiral staircase that leads to a hallway. The master bedroom is in the front of the house with cathedral ceiling, full bed, sliding glass doors overlooking the Bay and painted wood floors.
The second bedroom has a double bed, cathedral ceiling and window with water views. A large bath with full shower is adjacent to both bedrooms and leads to a third "children's" room with bunk beds, skylight window, and views of the water. The second staircase leads down from this bedroom to the laundry area on the first floor.
The last surprise to this great cottage is a walk out basement area with another bath with full shower and a "family room" to handle that extra space for children to play games while the adults have their own space.
