Located only a "Stone's Throw" from the waterfront, public dock, village center and the golf course this small but bright, vibrant , light and comfortable cottage sits privately in a lovely natural setting surrounded by trees and flowers.
The cottage has had a wonderful face lift and is freshly painted and furnished for summer.
The first floor has a full kitchen completely outfitted for cooking in or warming up take out! The kitchen is extemely well equipped with all the pots and pans and utensils you will need.
Off the kitchen is a bath with shower. The living /dining room is an open floor plan with a dining table that easily seats four and has to leaves to accomodate six.
A spiral staircase leads up to the second floor and opens
in the small bedroom with a twin and a fold out double -
this room passes through to the larger bedroom
that has a queen. Sweet and fun !!!!
The screen porch adds a complete room - perfect for outdoor eating and entertaining , in addition, the entry side of the home has a small porch that allows for a couple chairs for reading or watching the birds fluttering around in the woods.

"I have stayed at Stone's Throw in the early spring, mid summer and late fall.
I love this cottage it is clean, bright, quiet and private. You are a short walk from the park and beach.
The screened in porch is wonderful, my grandchildren and I cuddle up( when it is cool) and read books in the
morning and in the evening we would have our dinner out there.
I am looking foward to going to my home away from home this 2009 season.
