Sunrise Cottage is located along wonderful Shore Road between Bayside Village and Temple Heights.  The cottage is positioned to take advantage of morning light and fabulous views of Isleboro Island.  A large expansive deck is accessible from the kitchen and living room. The deck runs the entire length of the cottage and has stairs leading down to the yard.  The deck has ample furniture for lounging and dining in the Maine salt air.  Another set of stairs brings you into the yard.

Across the yard is a new deck seating area with stairs taking you down the bluff to a third deck right on the water’s edge.

The living area of the cottage is all on one floor. A large, eat-in kitchen can comfortably seat six. A short open hallway to a set of double-glass doors allows water views from the kitchen. As you go from the kitchen, a bedroom with a queen bed is on the water side with full glass French doors. This bedroom offers views of the bay. Next is a comfortable living room on the water side with two sets of glass sliders, again opening to the deck and fabulous views of the bay.

A new sliding glass door floods light and air into the second bedroom containing a queen bed. The bathroom has full tub and shower. This cottage offers terrific privacy, awesome views and close proximity to Temple Heights and Bayside.

This cottage has steep/uneven footing to the water access stairs.
