affordable for a family of 5 or 6. This is a roomy cottage with
2 full floors, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. There is a
back deck that offers views into the trees and a narrow front
sitting porch . It is a very short walk to the village center, Ruggles Park , the water's edge and just around the corner from the Bayside library and half way to the golf course from the dock !
The main floor has a freshly painted open living room and dining nook with a wood stove to keep you cozy on a cool evening. This livingroom is larger than most is Bayside ! The deck is accessed from the kitchen or from the back yard. There are new wood floors throough out the downstairs. This home has lots of windows on all sides keeping it very light and bright.
Heading upstairs is a hallway leading to 3 bedrooms and the full bathroom ~ a bedroom with two twin beds, one with a double, and another bedroom with two twins (converted to king).
This summer cottage in the heart of Bayside village is roomier than most and has had a nice freshening redo with the new floor in the living room , new back deck and freshly painted throughout. Nicely cared for ,nicely laid out and very comfortable for 6 people to enjoy all the amenities of Bayside.
