With a porch to live on and a beach to play on , situated in a great location, this wonderful rental is a perfect vacation retreat for family.

This wonderful cottage has lots of room to spread out. Kelly Cove Cottage is located overlooking Kelly Cove and its large wraparound porch overlooks the bay.

This is one of several cottages we have where the owners continue each year to update and maintain the cottage. Recently, they have completely renovated the kitchen and first floor bathroom. It’s a perfect match of the new amenities we all want with the charm to imprint vacation memories.  You will feel the love and care that goes into this home while you struggle not to spend your entire vacation on the front porch.

The cottage has a beautifully renovated  kitchen with  new appliances, countertops and cabinets, water views, wood floors and a open floor plan dining and living room are.

The first-floor bathroom with standing shower is in the small hallway leaving the kitchen and is leading to first floor queen bedroom and was renovated in spring 2023.

The living room is large with many windows with wonderful views of the Bay. The floors are wide pine in beautiful condition, TV and comfortable furnishings. Access to the porch is right the front door allowing fresh ocean air to come through this lovely room.

A staircase leads to a second floor where a there are two bedrooms and a full bathroom.

On the water side of the cottage there is a queen bedroom that looks out to the Cove. There is a shared bathroom for this floor with a claw foot tub/shower.  The second bedroom  has a full bed and an additional twin sized bed.

Parking for several vehicles.
