The queen bedroom off the kitchen has water views and an adjacent bathroom also has water views!  The country kitchen is very well equipped including dishwasher. Plenty of dishware is available for dinner parties. The owner is a wondrous baker so the cottage has all the pots and pans you need.

A family room/dining area is off the kitchen and has fabulous views of the Bay. French doors lead you to a large living room with a covered exterior porch. From there, two attached bedrooms fill the old bowling alley area. They are bright, airy and comfortable. One with two twin beds the other with a “European king” (two twins together with mattress topper). Beyond the bedrooms is another full bath with shower allowing complete privacy for couples sharing the home.

A washer/dryer is just beyond the bathroom.

The yard is large enough for kids to play in full sight of the deck and family room.  Water access is a few steps away in either Auditorium Park or Ruggles Park.
