Sunshine Cottage provides the best of everything in an oceanfront rental. Perched right on the bay, you will hear the waves lap on the rocks below you. Tranquil sounds of the sailboats rolling are the perfect soundtrack to the tremendous views from every room. Furnished to be fun and whimsical, you will fall in love with this oceanfront cottage.
You enter a comfortable an open concept living-dining-area so you can get as much time together as possible. This living area separates the two sleeping areas. The prime suite upstairs, and the two other bedrooms and bathroom downstairs.
The colorful and fun kitchen has all you need to make a delicious meal with its high end appliances and well equipped kitchen supplies.
Upstairs in the prime suite that has a king size bed, its coffee or cocktail deck (we can’t decide!) and recently remodeled attached bath, the prime suite is an oasis. Stunning views from bed, a massaging shower and the sounds of the bay, you won’t want to leave!
On the lower floor there are two bedrooms and full bathroom.
The Queen room: With its eclectic mix of Danish modern dressers and a metal and brass queen bed all in fun colors, this room is full of fun, but it is the view right over the water that you will remember!
The Gray Room: Serene with a unique handmade headboard from antique railings from a great Maine mansion. This room features 2 twin beds that can be combined to form a King as well. Quiet and soft colors set the stage for a relaxing stay and again, the best feature is that view!
